How long does support take to reply?
Every question is reviewed and answered within 1–2 business days. Please include your order number when asking about an existing order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. If there is a delay, our support team will notify you with the updated status and the reason.
Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes may be adjusted only if you contact us before the order has been processed. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the customer bears the risk of an incorrect address.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If there is an issue with your order details, contact us as quickly as possible so we can check whether an adjustment is still possible.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, or only lightly tried. Photos are required before return approval.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the return is due to an error or product quality issue, Doluno covers the return shipping cost.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Do you offer a warranty?
Doluno offers a 30-day warranty against product quality issues. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or incorrect use is not covered.
