1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Doluno website and your purchase of Doluno products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Company information

Doluno is operated by Foo Kin Company SARL AU. Customer support can be reached at contact@doluno.online. We do not provide phone support at this time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or place an order.

4. Product information

We try to display product descriptions, images, prices, bundle contents, and availability accurately. However, product images may slightly differ from the actual product due to lighting, screen settings, production updates, packaging changes, or minor design improvements.

5. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, subject to availability at checkout. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders when necessary.

6. Orders and fraud prevention

We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, incorrectly priced, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. We may request additional verification before processing an order.

7. Shipping

Doluno currently sells to customers in the United States only. Orders are generally processed in 1–2 business days, and estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after processing. Carrier may vary. Shipping is currently free.

If a shipping delay occurs, support will notify the customer with the available shipment status and the reason for the delay when this information is available.

8. Incorrect address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address corrections may be possible if you contact us in time before processing or shipment. If the address cannot be corrected in time, the customer bears the risk of loss, delay, or failed delivery caused by the incorrect address.

9. Returns, refunds, and warranty

Our return, refund, and warranty terms are explained in our Shipping & Refund Policy. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days from delivery. Doluno provides a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

10. Proper use and pet safety

Doluno products are designed to help protect car seats and improve travel convenience. They are not a substitute for responsible pet supervision, safe driving, or professional pet restraint systems where required. You are responsible for proper installation, checking straps and clips before use, supervising your pet, and following applicable vehicle and pet travel safety rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doluno is not responsible for injuries, damages, accidents, escape, misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to supervise a pet during travel.

11. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, images, branding, graphics, product presentation, and design elements, belongs to Doluno or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Doluno is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are intended for sales to customers in the United States and will be interpreted in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
