Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping timelines, returns, refunds, warranty, and order support rules for Doluno customers.

1. Shipping destination

Doluno currently sells and ships to customers in the United States only.

2. Order processing time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

3. Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after order processing. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, seasonal volume, weather, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Delay communication: If a shipment is delayed, our support team will notify the customer with the available status and the reason for the delay when this information is available.

4. Shipping cost

Shipping is currently free for orders placed on the Doluno website.

5. Carrier

The shipping carrier may vary depending on fulfillment availability, destination, and operational requirements.

6. Incorrect shipping address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at contact@doluno.online. We may be able to adjust the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If the order has already shipped or the address cannot be corrected in time, the customer bears the risk of loss, delay, or non-delivery caused by the incorrect address.

7. Returns

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for return, the product must be unused or only lightly tried for fit/inspection, returned in its original packaging, in clean resellable condition without damage caused by misuse, and supported by clear photos when requested by our support team.

To request a return, contact contact@doluno.online with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product and packaging.

8. Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Doluno error or quality issue: Doluno will cover the reasonable return or replacement shipping process, subject to review and approval by our support team.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

10. Non-refundable or rejected returns

Returns may be rejected if the product is damaged by misuse, missing parts, heavily used, not returned in original packaging, returned after the eligible period, or returned without required proof/photos when requested.

11. 30-day warranty

Doluno provides a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, accidents, normal wear and tear, pet chewing, scratching beyond normal use, washing damage, or unauthorized modification.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact contact@doluno.online with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

12. No order cancellation after placement

Orders are processed quickly, and we do not guarantee cancellation after an order is placed. If you need help, contact us immediately, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
